Butt Workout: Simple Sexy Booty Exercises
Heres a simple and effective butt workout to help you get a nice tight round booty.
Do barbell squats for 10-15 reps. Then do 2 sets of different leg raise exercises with 5-15lbs ankle weights for 15-25 reps. Then finish with wide squats for 10-15 reps. Repeat this 2-3x 3-4x per week for a great workout.
