Want a hot round booty for summer? Heres a few exercises to help you get it. These will lift and shape your butt: Jumping Jack Deadlifts, side step butt sit back, jumping jack wide squat, side steps squts. Do them each 3x for 10-15reps at least 3x per week. Music by Kevin Macleod.
