These are two of the Best Butt Building and Lifting Exercises. They really hit the butt muscles when done right. Step Back Lunges with a Barbell in front really targets the butt muscles. Side step back lunges with barbell is also great. Combine these with squats, deadlifts, and ice skaters for the ultimate butt workout. Do 8-15reps each leg of 3-4sets 3-5x per week.
